Q - Do you offer collections from your premises?
A - Unfortunately we are Internet sales and delivery only and do not allow collections.

 

Q - Are all items brand new?
A - Yes, all our items are brand new unless stated otherwise.

 

Q - Do you offer a guarantee on your items?
A - All our items come with a 12 month guarantee.

 

Q - I am not sure which items to buy, can you help?
A - Please contact us at sales@tmsupplies.co.uk  and we will be more than willing to help. We will try our best to get back to you the same day Monday-Friday. Normally emails received at weekends are answered within 48 hours.

 

Q - I  bought an item from you a few months ago, and I would like another one.

A - Please email us to check availability. It could be that we still have stock of that item.

 

Q - I am after a specific item that you don't have on EBay, can you help me?
A - Yes, if you e-mail us with details of exactly what you are looking for, we will do our very best to help.

 

Q - What are TM Supplies business hours?

A - Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm. Although we do work outside these hours where needed. All email messages are usually dealt within 24 hours. Please supply your eBay user name and item number when sending emails..

 

Q - How do I pay for my items?
A - We accept all major credit cards through Paypal at no extra cost to yourself. Paypal offers a secure on-line money transfer system for anyone that has an e-mail address. Alternatively we accept both cheques and postal orders.

 

Q - I don't know who to make my cheque payable to or where to send it?

A - Please make cheques payable to TM Supplies. The address is available on the EBay invoice or contact us for details.

 

Q - I live in Northern Ireland-do I pay the same postage?

A - Items under 2KG will be shipped to N-Ireland by Royal Mail. Postage rates will be the same as the rest of the UK. Unfortunately we do not offer next-day delivery to N.Ireland at the rates advertised as our courier does not cover this area. All items weighing over 2kgs to N.Ireland will be sent by Parcel Force and a price will need to be provided to the buyer. Non UK Mainland customers, please contact us in advance to agree a postal rate.

 

Q - I haven't received my item/s-what shall I do?

A - Firstly check the advertisement for delivery timescales. If your item has been despatched you should have received a "despatched email" from ourselves. Then check whether a card has been dropped by either City-Link or Royal Mail whilst you haven't been at home, on occasion you may even find no card has been dropped even though they have called. If your item has been despatched by City Link, please go to www.city-link.co.uk to find your nearest depot to call re your item, alternatively if it has been sent by Royal Mail, it may be worth contacting your local Royal Mail depot for information. If all this fails, or you need any help at any time we are as ever available at sales@tmsupplies.co.uk

 

Q - Do you offer after-sales care?
A - Yes, we will be pleased to help at any time with any queries about our products, building of a pc or any other computer-related problems.
