Returns Policy:

TM Supplies LTD fully complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These regulations apply only to "Buy it now" format listings and not "auction" format listings.

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 14 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract. This is commonly known as the "cooling off period". In these instances buyers are entitled to a full refund on the purchase item including postage and packing charges. Please notify us of your intentions via email within 14 days of receipt of your item and await our return instructions before returning any items. We kindly ask that goods are returned in a re-saleable condition. We strongly suggest items are returned using a delivery method which is insured to cover the value of the goods.

 

Faulty Goods:

All new items purchased from TM Supplies LTD have a full 12 Months warranty. In the event of the purchased item generating a fault within the 12 months warranty period, the item will be replaced free of charge, or in the event that the faulty item cannot be replaced a refund on the purchase price will be given. It is very important that before returning any items, you e-mail us in advance and kindly await our instructions. Very often an item thought to be faulty is actually in working order and any issues can be resolved with our help.

 

Please ensure you have checked any other possible component faults or incompatibility issues before returning any of our items as faulty, to save any inconvenience to yourself. Please therefore spend a moment to check before purchasing the compatibility of any of our items with your existing hardware.

When a return has been accepted, please follow the instructions provided in our Email outlining our returns procedure and we will also advise by which method to return your item/s. All returns must be sent sufficiently packaged to avoid damages, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur in return transit.
